Belgrade's cost of living rose 30-40% between 2021 and 2026, especially rents. Still cheaper than Madrid or Barcelona but no longer "European Thailand".

- Dorćol / Savamala: €600–€900
- Novi Beograd: €550–€850
Realistic total for a freelancer
Comfortable, no luxuries: €1,400–€2,000/month. With extras: €2,000-€2,800.
