Beli Karton: the document everyone forgets that blocks everything

The Beli Karton (white card) is your address registration. You must register within 24 h of every entry to Serbia, at the police station of your neighborhood.

Why it matters more than it seems

• Without Beli Karton, no Boravak.
• Most banks require it for account opening.
• Private health insurance requires it.
